What you are buying

PHYSIQ Physique Blueprint is a one-time purchase of a personalized 12-week training program and access to the PHYSIQ dashboard, where you can view your program, log your sessions and track your progress.

It is a single payment of $39.99 USD. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

What is included

  • A personalized 12-week training program built from your onboarding answers
  • A workout dashboard showing your current week and next session
  • Exercise instructions, coaching cues and approved alternatives
  • Set, rep and load tracking
  • Strength and consistency analytics
  • Optional general nutrition guidance, if you opt in
  • Weekly check-ins
  • A downloadable summary of your program

Delivery and access

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped and checkout will not ask you for a shipping address.

Once your payment is confirmed, we email a secure, single-use link to the address on your order. That link sets up your PHYSIQ account and opens your dashboard. The link expires after 30 days and can only be used once.

If your link does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we will issue a new one. Access is granted on confirmed payment, not on arriving at a thank-you page.

How long you have access

We intend to keep your program and training history available to you indefinitely. If we ever need to discontinue the service, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your program and logged sessions.

Age requirement

PHYSIQ is for adults aged 18 and over. Onboarding asks you to confirm this, and we will not generate a program without it.

Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

See our refund policy. If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, access to the program ends. If a chargeback is later reversed in our favour, access is restored.

Acceptable use

Your account and program are for your personal use. Please do not share your login, resell the program, or redistribute its contents. We may suspend access where we see clear evidence of this.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the change, never retroactively to something you have already bought.
