Common things we can sort out quickly
Your access link did not arrive. Check your spam and promotions folders first — transactional email often lands there. If it is not there, email us and we will issue a fresh link straight away.
Your link expired or has already been used. Access links work once and last 30 days. Email us with your order number and we will send a new one.
Your program does not match your answers. Tell us what looks wrong. If we got it wrong, we will regenerate it or refund you — your choice.
You want your data, or you want it deleted. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. See our privacy policy for what we hold.
What we cannot help with
